keep telling yourself that the torture you are putting yourself through when you become jealous will definitely NOT change the situation you are jealous over!. Why envy someone else!?!?!?!? You don't need to have what they have!.!.!.!.!. you have your own unique qualities and personality and talents, and that is something that they will NEVER have, because it belongs exclusively to you!!!!! And if it's a relationship that you are jealous in, just remind yourself that if the person you are with wanted someone else, they would have picked them instead of you!!!! And keep in mind that extreme jealousy in a relationship will inevitably do exactly what you are trying to avoid!.!.!.!.!.!. push the person you are trying soooo hard to possess away from you!.!.!.!.!. Good luck!.!.!.!. (And believe me - I tend to be a pretty jealous person, and I've sent people that I really loved running for their lives because I smothered them soooooo much!!!!) Let your significant other have their own space!. People cling to the source of their freedom, and the more space you give them, the more time they'll want to spend with you because it isn't forced!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
