Question: I dont feel normal-Why !?
I feel uncomfortable and just kinda Blah lately, I've been over-sleeping and un-creative I guess!.What is going on with me!?I have alot to keep me busy but lacking in energy!.Does anyone know what I could do to feel happier!?More alive!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Last year all of a sudden I was always tired and constantly sleepy and lacked energy and so on!. I found out that I had sleep apnea (I went to the doctor and they thought that might have been it)!.

If it's depression you should probably talk to a doctor, but if it's just a mood lately maybe you could do something nice for yourself like get a haircut or a makeover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been eating normally!? Sometimes when dieting this can happen to you!. Also if you';re not getting enough vitamins!. I would say to go see you doctor, check in with him and get looked at!. Then maybe eat some cabbage!.
