Talk to her about why she keeps saying the same things over again!. How that makes you feel!. That you are wondering if continuing is worthwhile!. What is it that she believes she is doing to help you!. That type of stuff!. Part of therapy is about open communcation and expressing your feelings freely!. If you have issues with your therapist, the best approach is to discuss them!. A therapist that is worth seeing will consider that a valuable opportunity to enrich the relationship and help you!.

If you do choose to see another therapist at some point in your life, know that you don't have to go in and spill your guts in the first few visits!. It's a process and you can go at whatever speed is comfortable for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Self help books sometimes help if you have somewhat of an idea where you can continue or start tackling your personal problems!. I personally think that counselors (as well meaning as they may be) can not be very helpfull beyond a certain point!.

They are technically a "friend" that you (or your insurance) is paying to listen to you!. They may be helpfull if they can give you genuine new information or solutions, but I don't see how that can happen beyond a few weeks of "talk-therapy"!.

If you feel that your problems get worse (what is it!? anxiety!? depression!?) you may want to look into medical solutions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All any counselor or therapist can do is help you process your issues and help you develop the coping skills to make appropriate decisions!. Talk to her about your concerns!. Explain your feelings of not getting help and ask if she could recommend someone else if you can't resolve the issues with her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need a new one if she doesnt help get a new one because a councelor can only do so much and then you need to do the rest!.!.!.tell her that you feel she keeps saying the same things over tell her you feel like shes not helping you like you like her too thats what she's there for is you you pay her then she needs to pay attentionWww@Answer-Health@Com
