Im hyper and cant sit still?!


Question: Im hyper and cant sit still!?
For some reason i cant sit still!. I cant concentrate on my homework and i always feel like i want to jump around and bounce off the walls!. When im sitting in class im usually bouncing up and down without even noticing!. Sometimes i will be so hyper that i will start jumping around!. and im rlly rlly impatient!. why do i do that, like right now as im typing im like moving my legs and im bouncing up and down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First Im going to ask you what your age is and how long has this been going on!. I'm shaking as I type this to you because I know what you are going through!!! I really do,and my whole life I've felt like no one could ever understand me unless they were me!!! Now you come along and explain yourself and I find that you are just like me and how I was and still am!. That make any sense!. I'll tell you my story readers digest version and whats happened and what you may be experiancing and what you will as an adult as well!. Please write back if intrested at all!. you could have ADHD, and i suggest you look into it, but i also strongly suggest that you try other treatment options than letting the doctors fill you up with a heavy drug that simply tranquilizes you enough to calm you down, doesn't help you deal with your mental disorder long term, and can cause you to have suicidal thoughts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try listening to a really really REALLY boring talk show while doing your homework LOL!. It will get you really tired (or at least calmed down in your case) and you will be able to concentrate :) Some people are more calm and some are more naturally hyper!. It's just the way it is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give your hospital a call!. Tell them they can tell you what is going on!. YOu sound very manic! If can't sleep wake mom up and tell her!. Maybe she can get a dr appt in the morn or sometime tommorrow!. Don't let it go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit there
Take in a deep, slow breath through your nose
Let it out at slowly through your nose
Focus on this breathing, nothing else
Repeat for 5 minutes daily until this method of breathing becomes natural to you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
