Question: How can I learn to keep my cool and keep calm in stressful situations!?!?

lol, this is a question I should have asked!. I know what NOT to do!.!.!.!.I wouldn't bottle up any emotions that make you feel stressed out or out of control!. If you address your problems!.!.!.ALL OF THEM!.!.!.not just the one your facing, then, as new problems arise, you'll only have that ONE to deal with!. It's like having a really bad week!.!.!.!.and then once the end of the week comes, someone you're not really upset with could say something that annoys you and you blow up on them with all the bottled emotion from the stuff that happened before!. I generally sit in front of a mirror and talk about my problems to myself!.!.!.just to say them and get them out of my head!.!.!.and acknowledge that they're there!. I'm insane though, so I probably shouldn't have given you advice for this one!.!.!.maybe the best advice would be to get on an anti anxiety med!.!.!.depending on how severe the stress isWww@Answer-Health@Com

it takes a while to develop but just practice youre breathing pattern such as meditation!. example just yesterday i gave a powerpoint presentation and i was stood out for 10 minutes answering questions i didnt know!. i smiled confidently and thought of my options such as an alternative!.

When you feel like you are losing it, take a few slow breaths in through your nose and let it out slowly through the mouth (without making panting noises)!.
This has a calming effect on your heart rate and it gives you a moment to think before biting back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take the situation as a moment in life that will soon be forgotten by all parties!. find humor in the situation!. nothing is worth getting all worked up over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
