I am very disgusted with my weight!. I used to be anorexic and bulimic!.!.!.I was 100 lbs @ 5 feet 8!.!.!.and now I am on the upper side of healthy weight!.
everyone says how I am the only white girl with as nice of *** that I have!.
but I am so disgusted!.!.!.
can anyone help me!?
maybe I should tone up my stomach!? and my thighs!? but how does that help me with my body image!?!? can I keep the butt and finally feel comfortable!?!?
I really need help here I am getting desperate!.!.!.I have even been resorting to old eating disorder behaviors
PLEASE help me everyone!.
I feel like I could honestly die!.

If you just do exercises to tone your muscles you are going to notice a huge difference in your body!. You may gain a few pounds, but not to worry, this is muscle!.

You should really try pilates!. And give it a few months and I guarantee that you will see the difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, you said it yourself;

The problem isn't with your weight, it's with your perception of your body!.

And that perception is a result of a need to control something completely because other areas of your life are out of control ( or so you feel)!.

Anorexic/bulemic behaviours are not things that you should try to handle on your own!.

See your doctor or school counselor and get referred to professionals that can help you work through this!.

Ok! I'm here to help! Exercising is a great way to release stress/tension and you get to make your body look great! Toning your stomach and thighs can only help you! You lose weight in a good way and your health improves!. It helps you with your body image because you know you are doing something great for your body and making yourself look good!. And keeping the butt may be hard, but who needs a butt when you can have great legs! Just imagine yourself in a bikini with a great stomach and great legs! Perfect! Please don't resort back to your old ways!. That only hurts your body more and can even kill you!. Causing yourself to throw up ruins your teeth, throat, and stomach and being that skinny causes your body to breakdown!. Being that skinny is actually more harmful, even though you make think you look better you really don't! I hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com
