How can I get over my fear of Acrophobia?!
Question: How can I get over my fear of Acrophobia!?
Yesterday my parents took me to the CN Tower and I couldn't go up because I am scared to death of heights!.
I had to sit outside and wait :(

You have to face your fear at some point!. I am afraid of heights or i used to be terrified of them anyway!.!.i couldnt even walk up a step ladder! These days i make sure i dont look down and i find half the battle is that initial push to make yourself go but once you have done it i find its much harder to turn back around so your kind of forced to keep going!. I hope you get to do more fun stuff though and conquer your fear!Www@Answer-Health@Com
The only way to get over a fear is to face it!.
Pills or anything like that won't help you!.
Any psychologist in his or her right mind will tell you that you've gotta face the fear, not run away from it!.
Go back to the tower and go all the way to the top and press your face against the window and look out!. You may be afraid, but that's okay!. Force yourself to do it!.
Challenge yourself daily to face your fears and things will get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
