Ant Phobia?!
Question: Ant Phobia!?
How do you get over a fear of ants!? I have a brother who's got one!. He trhinks he sees them all the time, he shudders, and he changes clothes out of fear that they are ALL OVER HIM!. We do have ants right now, but they are harmless black ones!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, people have phobias tht make no sense, but scare them to death!. That ,ust b tough 4 him to be afraid of ants!. I am afraid of mushrooms, i mean that!. When I hang out outside with my friends and notice one in the grass, I SCREAM AND RUN lol, everyone always laughs at me, my point is that fears are difficult to face, i'm not saying it's impossible but getting over fears and phobias is hard, I would suggest counceling for him, it can be very effective in getting rid of fears!. He should spray himself with bug repellent if they are really getting on him!.
