What can I do to fix this problem that is worsening my depression?!

Question: What can I do to fix this problem that is worsening my depression!?
So I've been depressed for a little over 2 months now!. I take Prozac, I talk to counselors, psychiatrists, etc!.

A lot of the time, I have problems that can easily be taken care of (i!.e!. catching up with school, etc!.)

I am honestly trying to be happy, but there is something bothering me!. It's one of my best friends (also ex-girlfriend)!. I still love her very much, and when she's sad, I feel sad too, but 10x worse!. This isn't a situation where I can just talk it out or anything!.

What can I do!? Like I said, I want to be happy, but it's really hard when people you care about aren't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First you have to deal with your emotion!. From the way I see, you can't control your emotion, it just come easily!. You have to see things from the horizon and analysis it rationally!. That mean when you meet or deal with people feeling like sadness, depression and even anger, don't let them get into you!. Ask them what is the cause of the problem!. By asking your are analysis!. Look at the correct things to react rather than emotion tied up!. Emotion will not help you to deal with problem, they just held on to you and can't solve your problem!. See a friend help if you can!. External party will see things more clearly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Does your friend no tghat you are suffering from depression!? If yes than they should no better not to put there problems on you as you are trying to get over ur depression, its not rite for any1 to tell u about there sad stories cause that makes u more sader, but if they dont no that than maybe u should let them know how you feel, but explain that you like to be there for them but some problems u just find to hard to cope, but as soon as u r better u be there a 100% for them!.

First of all you need to realize that every problem is magnified when you are depressed!. If you are around sad people it makes you feel worse!. She will work her way out of her problems!. You, on the other hand, have to avoid situations that bring you down!. So tell her that you have problems of your own right now!. You need to be around upbeat people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, first off, you may be trying to stay too good friends with an ex too soon after a breakup maybe!. If you truly still feel this strongly for her, it may not be the best idea to try and remain "best friends"!. This could POSSIBLY be contributing to your depression!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
