I'm so depressed,dont know what to do?!


Question: I'm so depressed,dont know what to do!?
If you read my previous question it explains the reasons why i'm down!. It's getting so bad that i cant be bothered to eat,wash myself,i dont want to go out and have fun,even work is a struggle but i have no choice but to go as i've got rent to pay!. Nothing makes me happy,i feel constantly tired and just want to sleep so i dont have to 'think',i have been to doctors in the past and all they did was give me 'pills',i also have strong suicidal thoughts,help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pls!.!. never ever think of suicide coz your only hurting yourself more if you do!.!.!.it wouldnt lessen the pain!it will worsen everything!.!.pls have fear on God!.!.!.
i know and understand what u feel right now coz you know what I was depressed like you for almost 5 months!no work, no social life, no love life, no internet,just inside my room sleeping and on the bed all day for 5 months!but even on that situation i didnt forget to pray every minute i spend!.!.when you think that there's no one who is there for you, then your absolutely wrong coz God is w/ u even if you dont feel Him, waiting to catch you whenever you fall!.!.!.have faith that this problems shall pass and that you have what it takes to over come it!.!. you have the strenght inside your heat!. all you need is to use it!.!.remember that God doesnt allow problems that we cant handle!.!. so just cling on to God even if you fell giving up!.!. and be patient w/ the situation!.!. seek and wait for God's help coz surely there is to come!.!.!.
don't worry too much coz everything's gonna be fine !.!.!.everything will go well at the right place and at the right tym!.!.!.

I'm a therapist!. I'd encourage you spend a lot of time with friends and family who can provide encouragement and refreshment!. Not just friends who may discourage you or make things worse!. Take a day and do something you enjoy like going to the mountains, beach, mall, river, museum, etc!. Take some time for yourself!. Talk to others and find someone professional who may can help you!. It's hit or miss when it comes to therapists/doctors!. Some are nuts and should be in institutions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can choose to blame your circumstances on fate or badluck or bad choices!.
Or you can fight back!. Things aren't always going to be fair in the real world!. That's just the way it is!.
But for the most part, you get what you give!.

You need to seek medical attention immediately!. See a different doctor, one that can refer you to a good therapist!. Medications DO help, however, you have to be on the right one for you, they all affect each person differently!. Sometimes it takes a few until you find the right one!. But, when you do, it is an amazing feeling of relief!. Please seek help!. That's what it is there for!. You will be fine, just relax, and realize you really need to take action quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"pills" are not the enemy!. If youre suicidal then you really should get something!. Pills are also fun, if you get a benzo then you wont even care about your boyfriend!. But if you really dont like pills try eating alot of Vitamin B12 it will help with your breakup like it did with me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Trust me i know how you feel, execept i cant seem to stop eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.I think we all go through some type of depression sometime in our life!. And its how we deal with it that makes us stronger!. Find someone you can really talk to, someone you can say anything to and they wont judge you or make yuo feel bad!. Start a journal of your feelings, write about how your day went!. Take lots of bubble baths ( my personal getaway)!.!.!.!.!.realize that soon this will be over and you will be a stronger person for it!. Remind yourself everyday that you are here on this earth for a very special reason, people love you and you love others!. Think of all the wonderful things in the world!. Realize there are others who have way worse problems than you and i could ever imagine and really be thankful for being ablt to be you!. You are a beautiful and great person!. Take it a day at a time and dont dwell so much on yourself!. Enjoy the nice weather, the beautiful flowers, the wonderful songs of the birds and just live without being so downWww@Answer-Health@Com
