there is nothing wrong with being a little shy and quiet, but in your case, it seems to really bother you, so it is a problem!. some counsel ling would be best to overcome this problem!. medication would be the last resort!. medication would only mask the problem, and therapy usually works for this type of problem!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm guessing you might be suffering from social anxiety disorder!. I don't have this problem, but I've known someone who has!. I'm not a trained counselor, so you should probably go to one for expert evaluation and treatment!.

Anyway, you aren't alone in struggling with this, if this is indeed the nature of your struggle!. Here is a little bit more info about this disorder:

You are shy!. Terribly so!.

It's not uncommon - honestly, it's not - and it is something that you can learn to overcome!.!.!.but it's a pain to do, because the only way to successfully overcome shyness in public situations is to **put** yourself into those very same situations - and to talk!.

What I would suggest is to check your local Yellow Pages for Toastmasters International!. It's an organization devoted to public speaking - from tips and techniques for overcoming your fears, to actual events where you get to practice on your fellow Toastmasters (and, eventually, on outside audiences), you will find these folks to be helpful, caring, and very understanding about your difficulty in public speaking!.

Once you learn - and I mean learn from actually doing public speaking and surviving - how to cope, you'll find that speaking at school is much easier than you ever would have imagined!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
