Just kidding!. As someone once said, home is the place that, when you go there, they have to let you in!.
Home is--or should be--a place of peace, safety, and refuge!. A place where you can let your hair down and kick up your heels!. A place of comfort and welcome!.
Home is where you are seen as you are, "warts & all," and they love you anyway!. Home is where you are loved without makeup, with bad hair & morning breath, before your first cup of coffee!. Home is where you don't need permission to raid the refrigerator or turn on the t!.v!.
Another cliche, but home IS where the heart is!. If you don't have anyplace that feels like home, it's time to create a home for yourself! If you live with extremely stressful people, find some nook to call your own--either in the house or out of it--where you can nurture your soul!.
Our ultimate home is heaven, our final destination (if you have a relationship with Jesus)!. This will be a place of eternal Paradise--the perfect Home we were all meant to live in!

Yeah, been searching to put my roots down for some time now, The place I was raised and loved is crime infested now!.
I like the town where I live now, it's as close as I will ever get to my childhood place, but it never will be the same!. You kinda feel like a gypsy just roaming, hoping someday you will get to go home, even if it's just when your old and grey!. I get that feeling at times and start to wonder where my roots are and what I need to be searching for if anything at all!. And do I just want to settle!. I want to feel grounded and secure for the most part, but i do understand where you are coming from!. I dont like feeling like I dont know what to do or where to turn or where to go, im babbling on and on!.!.!.sorry!. Off in my own little world there for a second!.
