What kind of mental disorder do I have?!

Question: What kind of mental disorder do I have!?
Sometimes i start imagining situations and my mind moves really fast and i get lost in these hyper high speed imaginary situations/stories!. When that happens I tend to move around lot, walking or running around my house mindlessly!. Other times I worry really bad about things that aren't rational to worry about, like "What if that had happened to you!?" or "What if that does happen to you in the future!?" Sometimes the anxiety keeps me up at night!. And I write a lot of little notes to myself like "Rememer not to do that" or "Remember that isn't true" and keep them in a little drawer in my desk - there's a lot of them!. I'm very socially sensitive, I find myself thinking a lot about what people might think about me, and I'm very nervous and uncomfortable around other people!. I have very few friends because of this!. These problems aren't constant, sometimes I have good days and if I try really really hard I can make some of these problems go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to a therapist or psychologist who can help you pen down what is wrong!.

It could be anything from ADHD (over active!. People say that it seems like a channel in the brain keep changing) or manic depression (you are manic either a crazy high/happy or a crazy wild sad)!.

It could be over lapping things!. I was sexually abused as a child then date raped for months as a teen!. I was put in a mental hospital as a teen for over a month!. Each time a new kid joined the group we'd list all our problems!.

Here is mine: Depression, suicidal, post tramatic stress disorder, a cutter, a panic disorder, insomnia & more!.

My parents ignored my problems till I tried to take my life yet again and again at 17!. I was then rushed and admitted to a mental hospital!. It wasn't as bad as they sound or you see in horror movies!. There I was in therapy, group therapy, put on correct meds, family therapy and so on!.

If your parents won't get you help right away talk to someone at school like a teacher or school therapist!. Explain in great details about what your going through and they will hopefully contact your parents or someone who can help!.

Your not alone!. A lot of people have mental disorders!. I'm a huge fan of Patty Duke (an actress famous from 1960's & on)!. When put on meds to help control depression a few years ago I felt shame and like a failure!. I saw her on tv talking how there is no shame in taking meds for mental disorders!. If you need to depend on them in order to live your life then it would be wrong not to take them!. ; )

I'm now med free!. I'm not free my many disorders and they are something I have to learn to fight and live with daily!. I need choose to be happy, get out of bed, try my best to be social & live my life!. Plus I battle fears and worries too like you mention all the time!. Look at my past questions and you will see I battle with worries!.

I don't know what your religion is but my Christian faith has played a HUGE part in overcoming these disorders daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
