Question: Post Traumatic Stress!.!.or Something Else!?!?

But it was a very scary, very painful experience!.

It was about a month ago, so yes still very fresh and that could be why!.!.!.

I looked up signs and symptoms of PTSD, but it's not really any of those issues that I am dealing with!.!.!.

Could this just be anything else!.!.!.or a new irrational fear I have developed!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First!.!. there's nothing irrational about what happen to you!.!.
Second!.!.!.It sounds like this was very traumatic for you!.!.!.
Third!.!.!. at this point in time and from what you have stated here, you don't fall under the label of "PTSD"!. This doesn't mean that at some point in time that it couldn't become such!.!.!.!.
Fourth!.!.!. It sound like you are having an emotional anxiety attack!.!.!.

I would suggest you seek some form of help, whether this be counseling, support group!.!.!. This can be done face to face or there are many organizations and groups online that can give you a better understanding of what you are feeling and they can give you tips and techniques to use to hopefully correct your condition!.!.!.!.This is not something you can just fix on your on and wishing it would go away won't fix it either!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you need to see a therapist for some support, see your g!.p who will refer you to the necessary people whom will be able to support you and help you understand what is going on in your head, good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
