Is this anxiety sickness? If so, how can i cure it?!

Question: Is this anxiety sickness!? If so, how can i cure it!?
I've recently been feeling very sick, almost constantly throughout each day!. Sometimes i get this for a few weeks, or sometimes just the odd day!. i had this for a while about 2 years ago, and its come back again!.
My symptoms are: feeling and being physically sick, serious loss of appetite (my main cause of worry), loss of concentration, tiredness from lack of sleep!.
i went to the doctors 2 years ago about this and they gave me pills to stop me being sick which did not work (just made me feel more tired)!. they also told me to see a councellor for anxiety, however i did not feel i even had anything to worry about at the time!. that is why im not sure if it is anxiety!. I was actually very happy at the time about being in love - love sickness seems to be linked with anxiety as i have found on a few websites!.
This is becoming a huge problem for me as i have exams soon, i plan to see the doctor next week though i doubt they will help!. does anybody get this too and know how to help it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I remember I had this a few summers ago!. I knew it was anxiety and I knew it was controlling me!. I saw a psychologist, but only one that I really felt connected to and easy to talk to!. Anxiety is more serious than people think, as it could really affect someone physically!. I once didn't eat anything for almost two weeks, I could barely sleep, and felt quite strange and weak!. Once some of the anxiety is lifted off your shoulders, your appetite will gradually come back, and trust me, you'll begin to feel much better!. Besides seeing a psychologist, a few things you could try at home are: 1) taking walks or jogs to get air, which may also help you build an appetite!. 2) Stay on the same schedule each day!. Don't sleep at completely different times, maybe take showers at the same time, or go to the store at the same time!. 3) Try being social!. Getting out and communicating with people, even about your anxiety can help relieve some of it!.

But your best pick is going to be seeing a psychologist!. You're not going to want to feel this way for your exams!. Please get better! You'll enjoy your life a lot more!. Good luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, anxiety is a sickness that can cause you to have a heart attack!. The panic attacks can come from any trigger!. You need to get help because there are strong symptoms of depression tied up in your description about how you feel!. You sound bi-polar!. The only way you can get help is by going to a professional and telling them what you have just confessed to us!. I hope you will get help soon, there is no reason for you to suffer as you are!. I recognize your symptoms and I empathize with you!. Good Luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're definitely stressing!. Upcoming exams isn't helping!. For what it's worth, try positive thinking and allocating some stress-relief time for yourself doing something you enjoy and try to free your mind from what's worrying you!. Personally, I'm all about NOT taking Rx meds for anything!. Also!.!.!.make time to study knowing that by studying, you will do well on your exams and that should make things better too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u really need to check with a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

i do believe a doctor can help if you are able to thoroughly explain your symptoms!. a stress cycle can begin to occur in which physical and psychological symptoms cause additional stress, negative thinking, and fears!. these actions lead to the activation of the stress response again, resulting in increasingly severe or frequent symptoms or both!. eventually, other symptoms such as irritability, muscle tension, headaches, back pain, insomnia, gastrointestinal disturbances, and palpitations may develop!. even a moderate level of anxiety is uncomfortable and difficult to tolerate!. i take an antianxiety medication and feel great!. stress is dealt with through my stress reduction techniques!. medication is not always the answer, but often is necessary for certain stressful periods in ones life!. some people just cannot overcome this on their own, especially when more and more symptoms arrive!. it often escalates into bigger problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say that it is Anxiety!. I was diagnosed with "Generalized Anxiety Disorder" about a year ago!. I felt the same as you !.!.I actually had to quit college because of it!. I had to be put on anti-anxiety drugs and I'm just trying to come off them now!. They helped alot!. Another symptom of my anxiety disorder was second guessing myself, which is very scary!. For ex!. I would question myself on if i was really where i was at a certain time!. I would wonder if the time on my clock was right, I would question if I dropped off my son at school!. It was horrible!. I put myself into panic without me even knowing why and what i was worried about!. Ask your doctor more about it!. There also might be a medical reason behid why you are having anxiety problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
