Question: Is it normal to be stressed almost every day!?!?!?
my job sucks and i'm always stressed about getting a better job!. see i live in a small city that has too much competition to get good jobs in!. i can't move cuz i have little money!.

i've been stressed almost every day for the last three months!. i've also been depressed!.

It's normal considering your situation!. But it's still not healthy!. Remind yourself you don't have to stay at this job forever!. Always keep an eye open and your resume ready to apply for a better position!. Save up as much as you can, bit by bit, if you'd like to move somewhere with better opportunities!.

In the meantime the only thing you can do is change your attitude, and leave work at work!. Enjoy your evenings and weekends as much as possible!. Exercise, get out with friends whenever you can!.

Everyone is stressed everyday!. If you don't like where your at in life then make a plan to change it!. People always complain about their life and do nothing about it!. Come up with a plan!. Call your college or university and see about qualifying for financial aid and get educated in a field you will like better and get paid what you think will make you happy!. Get the education and then make plans to move out of your tiny city or town!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's normal, but not healthy!.
make it a point to take a good 10 minutes to 1 hour (i know it's a wide range i dont know how much time you have but take as much as possible!) to do stuff you want!. you know, draw, read, start a new hobby, surf the net, listen to music!.
make sure you're eating right, and at regular intervals!. at least one piece of produce per meal, meal or snack every two to three hours!. healthy eating gives you energy and can lessen tension in your life!.
hmm what else!.!.!.
ooh how about trying to eat dinner with friends or family at least three times a week-spending mealtime with loved ones is good!.

i don't know if its normal and ok for your health!.!.!. but you're not the only one!.!.!. i'm unhappy with my job!. i drive an hour to get to work to deal with a money greedy boss who has no appreciation for anything anyone does!. i'm lookin for a better job as well and because the economy is low right now!.!.!. its kinda hard to do that!. so!.!.!. don't stress, just make the best of what it is right now and hope for the best!. eventually all your stress and the knots in your back with smoothe out!.!.!. and an opening will open up!.!.!. i hope!.!.!. for both out sakes!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is very normal!. Everyday life causes stress!. Being upset for more than a few months straight, is considered major depression!. I am in the same boat as you and so are a lot of other people!. It doesn't hurt to maybe see someone and get help!. Exercising helps a lot, I know it does for me!. Being outside in the sun releases endorphins, which make you happy!. So, why don't you go outside and take a jog and just clear your head and don't worry about anything!. i am in a similar situation- I am stressed everyday too!. I think it can't be good for our health- I tried taking walks and even talked to my dr- which she just wants to throw meds like anti-depressants at me- I guess try to cope with it - Look for another job - and try not to get so stressed - breathe through it, laugh more, and think about your health!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no friend its not normal or good for you to be stressed!. well you realize what is making you stressed its your job what i would do is send out resumes to different companies look in the help wanted to!. try to leave your job at the end of the day at the job whatever happens at work leave your problems there try to not bring the pressure of the job home with you because its making you go crazy!. no job is worth being stressed all day every day and im sure this job is not worth having a heart attack!. make those resumes and start looking it will be better on you and your body if you get out of this asap good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

noooo not normal!. if you're stressed out for a long period of time, like weeks or months, your hair starts falling out and you start eating less and you lose weight fast, but it doesn't look good!. Just think optimistic and be thankful for the things in life!. also, a really big help would be to find Jesus if you haven't already!. Stress can be a normal part of day but when it gets in the day of your everyday living like it sounds like it has, perhaps it is time do something about it, your options sound minimal so I am going to recommend medicine, some sort of anti-anxiety, you may have a chemical in balance in your brain that causes you not to handle anxiety well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Now a days I'd say it's so common to be stressed every day that yeah it's normal to a degree but healthy, no!

lol yah!. i'm in college right now and i get no sleep anymore and it's the best thing ever when i do get to get a good night of sleep!.

Unfortunatley it has become normal to stress everyday, but that doesn't make it healthy!. Stress is very bad for your body and extreme stress can even take days off your life (as scary as that sounds)!. Try some ways to kick stress out of your life:
Yoga
Spending time outside
BE HAPPY
Journal
More Sleep
Sauna (or steam)

If you have skills and some experience, why not find your luck in a bigger town!. If you think your skills can't do, upgrade your skills (there are a lot of online and night trainings that you can do part-time)!. Save a bit, contact friends and family in bigger cities, then pursue your dreams!.
