There are los of side effects of depekote, I believe now I had learn taking a medication is not the answer is the way I life and cope with my self!. Learning to cope with my self by doing yoga,exercise,etc for me is the answerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depakote has some bad health risks, that's for sure, liver damage being a serious one in addition to what you described!. It has its place, but overall, I'm not a fan of that med!. It makes patients feel hungry, so they often gain a lot of weight!.

I know people who have actually done much better when taken off Depakote and other meds than when they were on them by adopting a healthier lifestyle as you appear to be doing!. Good for you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
