Answers:
I agree with the first responder!.

If you are going, you are going to support the friends and loved ones of the person who died!.

Don't worry about what your old flame is up to - this isn't the place for that!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry about your cousin, but, whether or not your ex is married has nothing to do with this occasion!. just say, "thank you for being here", nothing else need be said in this setting!.
there is no need to say you'd like to meet his wife, it's certainly not the time, or the place for social introductions, perhaps after the service, at the house, or restaurant, not at the funeral!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"It's nice to see you, even if the occasion is so sad!. Is your wife here!? I'd love to meet her!. What a shame about Mike, huh!? Do you know how the family is handling it all!? I wonder if there's any way I can help!."

Do not get into anything personal that draws on your past together, or on your present feelings!. This occasion is not for that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Hello!. Thank you for coming!." And then wait to see if he continues the conversation, since HE is the one who is probably married!. Don't talk deep or emotional if he has a wife; that wouldn't be fair to either of you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

greet him as you would any other friend!. if he is married, it certainly does not matter what your feelings are for him!. if you find out that he is not married, you could ask him to do something like have lunch on a friend basis!. i would not expect for anything to happen, but if it does, you know how you feel!. you are there for the funeral services, first!. just say hi, how are you, been many years since we have seen each other, any children etc!.!.!.small talk!. talk about each other if you should have the opportunity to talk by yourselves!. the funeral is the main focus and the rest will just fall into place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
