But I don`t want to talk to a school counselor or see my family doctor!. How can I see someone!.!.!.secretly!? If I went to the emergency room or this emergency doctor thing!.!.what would happen!? Has anyone done something like this!? Thanks

I am in Canada also!.!. but why be ashamed!. Thousands of teenagers suffer from depression due to stress and other issues!.!. you should not hide it!.!.!.your family must know in order to help you!.!. if you are 16 you still need their help and any good parent will wish you to get well!.!.!. so talk to your parents that you feel depressed and a family physician will send you to a specialist!.!. Believe me you are not alone!.!. I suffer from anxiety and it's no crime and we are not crazy!.!.!. you are normal but right now you can't handle all the stress around you so you need help!.!.Don't be ashamed to tell your parents!.!. they will make sure you get to see a doctor!.you are probably under health cover with them or one of them!.!. in case you get medication or treatment your parents have to pay for it!.!. or rather it gets taken from their medical coverage!.!. so they do need to know anyhow!.!.xxxx When you are 18 you can do it yourself and if you have no extra coverage then!.!. as a legal adult the doctor can prescribe to you and you see the chemist and you pay in cash for the prescription if medication should be what you will be given!.!.!.xxx This is nothing to feel bad about !.!. I am a heath care worker and a sufferer from anxiety so I understand!.!.xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com
just go into a counceling clinic or psychiatrist!.It's usually confidential if you want it to be!.I'm in therapy as well and revealed to my therapist that i cut myself and he won't say anything to my dad about it 'cause I asked him not toWww@Answer-Health@Com
