Question: Do you feel really overwhelmed at work!?
I just got a new job - actually a huge promotion - and sometimes I feel as if I can't handle all the responsibility!. Deep down, I know I can do it, but I feel frantic all the time on the job!. Does anyone feel the same way!? Tell me your story!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, congratulations!. It's very normal to feel overwhelmed at first because you are learning new things!. It's totally understandable and nobody should give you a hard time, because you're only human!.!.!.that is, don't be embarrassed to ask for help or make mistakes!. That's how we all learn and grow!. I'm going through a similar situation right now!. I just got promoted this year with new responsibilities, and I honestly didn't know what the hell I was doing at first, but I'm getting through it!. I used to feel overwhelmed and once in a while I will feel this way!. Take it to your supervisor and let him/her know the problem of getting it all done and ask this person help you create a list to set priorities on the tasks you are to do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You wont feel that way after you have done the job for awhile!. It is completely normal to feel that way, especially when in a new work environment or a new job!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes i've felt that way!.!.!. it got so bad that i started having panic attacks and then one day i just quit, logged into my computer and told the company to send me my check in the mail and walked out for good!.!.!.!.
