How can I cure my anxiety disorder? :-)?!


Question: How can I cure my anxiety disorder!? :-)!?
I have anxiety disorder!. When I first posted questions here I first thought I had low self esteem!. After several questions I discovered that I have a more severe problem, I have an anxiety disorder!. Don't know for sure what kind it is, but I estrange often from my friends, have a lot of anger and resentment inside me, wish for revenge, I'm a loner and don't look pessimistic for the future, I always expect some negative things to come etc!. Im not sure how can I help my self, is it ok to say it to my friends!? I never talked to anybody of my friends about it in fear of rejection, I fear that they will look at me like a complete new person!. I think that I can cure this disorder simply by being open and sincere to my friends and I should not fear their rejection, I feel that way I will solve a lot of problems!. Beside that, what other things are there to do that can help me, I already workout every day and eat healthy, I'm also employed and have solid financial situation!. it sounds like you have a social phobia, a fear of people and how you are portrayed to them, the best cure, talk to your friends, im sure that you guys see you in alot of the same ways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use 2 mg Ativan tablet at th time of sleep and one 1mg morning and afternoon!. Have recourse to religion, It will give u soothing effect!. Do not sit alone or idle and keep urself busy preferabbly with friends and joy making activities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

there isn't a cure for anxiety but there are many ways to control it, meds and learning new skills to deal with life's problems as they come at you are the biggest ones that will help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, I had some of these symptoms!. I even thought I had anxiety disorder!
As it turned out, I was just angry and needed to forgive some people!. A trip to the hynotherapist also helped a lot because it worked to get at my most deeply rooted underlying beliefs!.

It worked for me, so I suggest to you forgiving the people who hurt you!. ( Guided imagery really helps with this!. So does writing forgiveness lists!.)

And a trip or two to see a COMPENTENT hynotherapist!.

(Not a freaky one!. Look for a good one, who you trust!.)

Affirmations work really well too!. You just need to change you mind about some things, from the sounds of it!.

My best advice to you is that you should see your family doctor and ask your doctor to refer you to someone who deals with the problems that you are going through!. I wouldn't advise you of sharing anything about what you are going through with all your friends!. Sometimes the less said to your friends the better it is!. But if you have one or two friends that you can really trust then it's okay to share some of your problems!. You also have to understand that sometimes friends don't want to hear their friend
