Now I can understand alot of were the LOVE HATE additude came from!. But how can that affect my baby!? I don't want the baby to be without it's mother, but I don't want her BPD to affect our child in the long run!. Right now it's been 2 months since we've talked and I havent seen her since, she doesn't answer my calls, my text, my e-mails anything!. I'm sending her money in the meantime cuz I want to be there for her and the baby!. She's 7 months and we broke up when she was 6 1/2 months, but never the less she is alienating which is not right cuz I want to do the right thing!. If anyone has any addvice please feel free to through it my way!. Thank you very muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

my mother had BPD when she was pregnant with me

and through my childhood!.!. trama played a big part in my eventual diagnosis of BPD too!

Advice!? It's very difficult to know - keep trying, don't give up, give support!.!.!.!. and do your best for your child!.!. she can't block you out (by law) so you must find a way round it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called horomones!.!.!.!.!.watch the movie "Knocked Up" it will help you laugh at this!. If she gets worse after the baby is born, you can try to get custody!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I really hope the therapist you are seeing will help you understand and cope with the BPD diagnosis if that is acurate!. He/she should also explain to you how this would affect your baby's environment, if it will be passed down from the mother to your baby, and any other questions you may have!. Having said that, being a part of someone's life with BPD is very chalenging, especially if they don't know they have it!. To them, the actions they take are logical and very 'sane'!. They aren't aware that in a way, the disorder thinks for them!. Patience is key!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
