Why can't i get to sleep at night?!
Question: Why can't i get to sleep at night!?
im 16 year old girl!.!.
highly involved in extra cirricular activities at schol
got lots of friends and a completely normal teenage girl iof i had to describe myself in anway!.!.
but i seriously dont get to bed till like 3 or 4 am most of the time!.!.
why is this!?!
even when im just lying there!.!.or busy doing something!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

obviously cut out caffeine and anything to make your blood sugar spike, but one thing that always works for me is to play an ocean sounds cd (or mp3) on repeat at a quiet volume, and turn a fan on!. aromatherapy sprays in the sheets are also fantastic!. a hot cup of chamomile tea is also great, celestial seasonings makes a great sleepy-time tea, it has a teddy bear on the box!. last but not least, if i can't sleep, i write in my journal to purge out worries and stress!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
You need to set a pre-sleep routine!. A pre-sleep routine is what you do from an hour on before you sleep!. Stop eating at least 3 hours before sleep!. Drink a warm liquid--soothing tea works!. Then spend some time turning your environment "off"--turn the music down or put it on lower volume, turn the TV off or look at a pleasant show that will not stimulate you to think, make sure no lights are on!.
Your diet could also be contributing to your sleeplessness!. Avoid caffeine --coffee, caffeinated tea, caffeinated sodas!. These will stimulate you and keep you awake!.

Do you take naps at all!? Drink coffee!? Eat sugar!? Any of these could contribute to making you not go to sleep!. Try winding down about 30 mins!. before your bedtime!. Watch a little tv, read a book, whatever gets you in the tired phase!.!.!. also get into your pjs so your comfortable and so then you'll get tired faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
staying up to late will let you not get any sleep maybe try laying down earlier than usual and then you can maybe get some more sleepWww@Answer-Health@Com
