What's wrong with me?????!


Question: What's wrong with me!?!?!?!?!?
Sorry ive been asking loads of questions about this type of stuff lately!.!.but i really do appretiate the feedback!.
I'll just write down stuff thats going on:
Drink exessively on loads of occasions, binge drink!.
Self harm
I think of death a lot!.!.!.if i died, friends died!.what would happen!. I make myself cry some nights from thinking about this!.
Get major mood swings!. I'll be chatting to a friend and if they say the wrong thing i take it REALLY personally and get incredibly depressed about it!.
Sometimes i randomly decide i don't like one of my friedns and try to ignore them!.
I can't cope with talking in a group situation (4 or more people) so i end up just sitting and thinking about how boring i must be to be around!.
I think about sad times in the past and i suddenly get extremly upset!.!.!.just as upset as i was when it happened!.
I can't let anything go!.!.
I look into everything way too much!.!.like now for example!.
I dont feel like a normal person!. please help!. Im 18 fm btw!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

could be a number of things!. Bi-polar disorder, depression, anxiety, stress!.!.!.all of the above!. I would really go talk to someone about this before you do something drastic to yourself!. Many people go thru things like this os don't think you are alone in this!. Just try and stay strong and positive and be honest when talking to someone (counselor or Mental health professional) or else it won't improve!. You may have issues going on that you aren't consciously aware of either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be turning into a goth but you might just be normal!.

Your "symptoms" sounds like 95% of people I knew at college, the other 5% were the kind of wierdos who spent every waking moment studying for exams and arranging group trips to see investment banks!.

Most of them mellowed out by the time they were 30!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

so your not alone if thats any consolation!. I think it is some kind of depression, but the mood swings confuse me too!. Most people would go with 'hormones', but it might be something more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would talk to a mental health care professional!. You might have depression or be bi-polar!. They will be the best person to help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to learn how to self-soothe!. I'm thinking you will need a counselor to help with this!. Get help someway!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The booze is making things worse!.

We all have our own drama!.

It may sound cheesy but write down all the things that are going good for you: food, shelter, water, etc!. Try adding 20 new things to the list everyday!. Do this for three weeks and see where it takes you!.

There is no such thing as a "normal person" and if you know one I bet he or she is pretty boring!.

What I have found is that the world is composed of some really great stuff and some real poop!. But nothing I or any person can tell you will help you with how to live your life!. You make the final choice!.

I have found the best choices in my life to be the most difficult ones!.

Dont feel bad!. I do the same thing, and am 28!. It sucks and it could be just something your going through, like anxiety or depression from school or such, or you might need outside therapy and help!. My advise- get therapy now if you have health insurance!. It doesnt really get easier as you get older!. If left alone, it manifests itself (the mind)!.!.!. I do the same thing- obsess over everything!. Its just your mind, and you need to learn how to let it go!. REad: The power of Now, or Sedona MEthod!. Learn to "release" when your dealing with feelings that are scary!. I have anxiety and scary thoughts always try to get there way w/ me!.

W/ the drinking- i did this too for a short time (and other things), and REALLY regret it!. You think your worried now!?! Wait until your older, health issues are all you will worry about!. Get healthy- and find some healthy obsessions!. YOu might even be bored!. get a hobby, job, etc!. Best wishes to you!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
