Answers:
Well, first you'll need to figure out why you're snapping!.!. find the problem and therein lies your solution!.!.!.

You can't force things, something is going on with you that is making you snappy and moody and hence if you wish to quit being snappy and moody, figure out what that is, and if its removable then do away with it, and presto you'll be fine!.

If it can't be eradicated for whatever reason, well at least you'll know what's wrong!. Better the devil you know right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To stop the behaviour you first need to understand why you are doing it!. What is he doing that makes you snap, or what reaction are you trying to prompt from him!?
Is it his behaviour, or are you angry and tense because of eg work problems and taking it out on him because he's a 'safe' target!?
If it is the former, you need to consider whether you are really happy in this relationship!. If his behaviour causes so many negative moments, is this realtionship really what you want!?
If it is the latter, you need to sit him down and apologise for taking your angst out on him!. Then you need to find another way to deal with the stresses!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Might sound odd, but if your outbursts are caused by pent-up anxiety, meditation might help, or anything else that helps to just calm you down!. If you're not like that with anyone else, just your boyfriend, consider the reasons why you'd be snapping at him specifically, perhaps somethings just gone awry within your relationship, and talk to him about how you're feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get enough sleep, get more exercise and try and include something like boxercise to get rid of any anger, pilates or yoga to improve your inner stability - both core and emotional, and eat properly to maintain a steady blood sugar level!. Oh - & apologise to your boyfriend and tell him that you're working on it and try and get his support (although it sounds like he's already putting up with it) otherwise he probably won't be your boyfriend for much longer!.
