when i was going through fairly severe depression I didn't do the therapy or medication!. I simply talked it out with my friends and wrote A LOT of poetry about my feelings!. This helped me getting my feelings out without paying someone to listen or even having to tell my parents how bad things were!.

If you just stay busy and dont actually work out your issues that you have, it will only worsen, especially if you have major depression, which I think you probably do, due to the medication you are on (I am on the same)!. You do need to see a therapist regularly, and take your meds at the same time everyday!. make sure you are on a good multivitamin with iron, I take "stress tabs with iron", they help so much too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Apparently if you shine a bright light at yourself for a period of time it helps!. I haven't actually tried it, though!. You need some sort of outlet, like making up stories in your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just go shopping when I am depressed!. Or you can try a salad diet for a few days!. That gives your body vitamins and cleanses it too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try writing!. That helps me some times!. Get lots of exercise!. Talk to your friends!. Just stay active and try not to think about feeling sad too much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
