Please help me...past is creeping up on me...?!
Question: Please help me!.!.!.past is creeping up on me!.!.!.!?
i'm going to make this as short as possible!.!.and easy to understand!. I met a guy the end of last year!. I thought we got along pretty well!. I felt really comfortable with him!. I don't usually feel comfortable with anyone!. He treated me different then everyone i've ever met!. I'm 20 but I'm not the usual 20 year old college kid!. I dropped out!.!.and I only seem to hit it off with older people!. That's pretty much why I had no friends in school!.!.!.ever!. We were listening to his ipod!. We both loved the artist!. Immediatly he could pick out my fave songs on any of their albums!. Long story short!.!.!.we got along well!. He even gave me a kiss on the cheek when we left!. I was NOT expecting that!. I guess I figured why even try to be friends with people anymore because I only seem to get crushed!. I don't know what I did but he seemed to like me!. But Idk if it was b/c he's naturally nice!? I e-mailed him!.!.!.he wants to see me again!. seemed really excited!. no1 gets excited to see me!. how do i go about this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you have low self-esteem issues!. You find it hard to make friends because you don't know why anybody would be interested in you!.
It also sounds like you may be very mature for your age - that's usually why people make more friends with people older than them!.
Perhaps this guy is the same as you - more mature than other people your age!. He might find your maturity very attractive!.
The fact that he can pick your favourite music says a lot to me, because music tells us a lot about a person!. So I would say that he likes what he sees when he looks into your soul!.
I would suggest that you should not over-analyze this - it could be just what it looks like!. He apparently has a lot in common with you and he wants to be friends!. So be friends with him!.
And the most important thing about friendship is to be honest with him!. It might be a good idea to let him know what you put in your question - you feel comfortable with him, you like him and you're interested in seeing if you two share any other interests!.
Keep in mind that he might be in the same boat as you are - perhaps he's not made many friends in his own age group and he's excited at finally finding someone his own age that he can relate to!.
Then see where it leads!.
But understand this if you understand nothing else - there IS something about you that this guy finds very interesting!. He can see it, even if you don't!. Generally, we often exaggerate the negatives and ignore the positives about ourselves!. It sounds like you're doing this!.
That's not a real picture!. The real you, the one that he sees, is better than you think it is!.
At some point, you'll find out how he sees you!. Believe it, and accept that you do have something of value to bring to this friendship!.
