Question: I have anger Issues need help please!!!!!!?!!?!!?!!?!!?
somtimes i get really angry
is there way to put it somewhere with out hurting walls, doors, etc!.!.!.!.
i really need help

Anger is such a difficult emotion, especially when you have too much!. You need to look at why, and learn to recognise the symptoms leading up to these "explosions"!.!.!. and find a solution!. There isn't a preventative because anger is normal, everyone has it, but the way you stop it getting so bad is by working out what it is that changes it from being at a normal level to being too much to handle!.!.!. when you see yourself getting there, perhaps try removing yourself from the situation (physically, walking out, or mentally, try looking at it as if you were someone else)!.

P!.s!. I had anger-management counselling and it didn't help any!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, figure out WHAT you're mad at!. If you're mad at other people, try to figure the why behind it!. Perhaps how they act or things they say!. Then, figure out how it negatively affects you!. perhaps if you realize that others don't have the influence you think they do, you'll be able to eliminate your rage!.

Anger is a terrible emotion!. It is unprotective and devestating to relationships, friendships, others and yourself!. One quote from Buddhism says, "To hold onto anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at another!. You are the one who gets burned!."

Once you learn why you get angry, you can learn to control the triggers!.
