Answers:
STOP!.

Think about what you are doing and why you are doing it!.

I started cutting to give myself a physical justification for how I was feeling!. It didn't work at all!.!.!. feeling lonely during adolescence is natural, but hurting oneself (or others) is not!.

However, at the same time I was physically rationalizing, I realized that cutting was an epidemic, "trendy" even! It infuriated me!.

If you feel sad, do something else extreme but harmless!. Dunk your head in ice water!. Do intense exercise!. That sort of thing!.

Unstopped, cutting can become addictive!.

Also, a therapist (or a good friend) might be able to understand and help YOU understand your feelings!. It's a rough time, but you can get through it without self-harm!. Hurting yourself leads to further guilt and isolated feelings, and it doesn't sound as though you want that for yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to tell your friends your feelings Try smiling once in a while laugh with your friends be around them more often!. Try NOT to think about being hated try thinking more about people who care and love you!. Listen to happy music it might help!. I AM SURE that alot of people feel the same way as you do BUT TRY to SMILE and LAUGH as often as you can! When you feel like cutting your wrist think of something else!. stay AWAY from things that you can cut your wrist with if possible!.
I hope this help but in the mean time Hang In There!. Just try to be as happy as possible!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Im sorry you are hurting!. Life sucks and there is alot of things, people and situations that will bring you down!. The one thing you need to remember is you need to love your self for you!. No one will love you like your self!. Screw everyone else, you know the kind of person you are and im sure you are a loving kind person and that is why you are hurting!. dont let them win!. YOU need to care about you!. GIVE YOUR SELF A BIG HUG !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ewwwww I hate people who label depressed people as emos!.
Not sorry at all!.

Is there someone who you can talk to about your depression!? I talked to my doctor about mine; he was fantastic!. I know you've said you don't want to talk to anyone, but it does help just to have someone who's not involved in your situation to give you an outside perspective and help you sort things out in your head!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are a very strong person on the outside but feel vulnerable on the inside!. Do people always expect you to be the one with the answer!? Do you feel like you carry the load of your friendships!? Maybe you are tired of being the strong one and would like to have a true friend that would be there for you!. But how can you have that if you don't let your guard down and tell someone exactly how you feel!? Cutting yourself only gives you permission to feel THAT PAIN!. I am here to give you permission to just feel!.!.!.!.!.!.!. You sound like a very nice person that just needs to know how nice they are!.

You need to hide what you cut with in a box wrapped in tape in another box with a lock and keep the key somewhere far away!. Also, you should consider counseling because someone could help you fight those feelings you have that you know during other times aren't true!.
Good luck,

I have no great advice, but I was the same when I was your age!. I guess I can offer you hope; as I got older my depression gradually faded and the cutting tapered off!. Hang in there!. Try to spend a little time every day focusing on the good things in your life!. Pretty soon it should start to become second nature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try to do things to get your mind off of cutting!. Also, if you have a best friend call him or her up whenever you feel lonely or sad to have them come over!. If they don't live by you try to meet people close to the neighborhood!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should really talk to a professional!. Even your counsler at school or a trusted adult!. You would be surprised at how many people at your age felt the way you are feeling!.

Talk to someone!.!.!.!.!.!.don't keep things bottled up and try to focus on how wonderful you are!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know that you probably dont want to hear this but you can email me anytime!. but anyways i have the same problem except i do it in other places!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alright, well!. First off, you're 14 years old!. I started around the time when I was about 11!. Being a self inflicter is not a position you want to be in, you're lucky its only been so little time!. Stop while you can, thats my advice!.

Oh, and if you go to your school's counselor, they will tell your parents that you are "self-harming"!. Won't end well!. They legally have to tell your parents unless you're 16 or older (varies place to place)!. So, ignore the advice about talking to the school counselor, unless your parents already know about it!.

But talking to someone is definitely a good idea, if you don't want to trust people, call at a local, toll free hotline!. If you do decide to trust someone, pick only 1 person that you trust, and that you trust will not tell ANYONE else!. You can't have the dramatic-type people knowing, otherwise they'll likely tell the counselor themselves that you're cutting!.

If you need someone to talk to, don't hesitate!.

Think of the good times, they outweigh the bad times, always!.

Hope this helped,
Tyler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
