Anxiety and Nausea...??!

Question: Anxiety and Nausea!.!.!.!?!?
I have had problems with nausea since I was a little girl!. Now I am 20!. I have gotten many blood tests but I don't have anything medically wrong with me!. I know that it is related to anxiety!. I am on meds for anxiety and depression, and they help, but I'm still nauseous a lot!. I was at a point in my life like 4 years ago where I didn't even want to leave the house out of fear of vomiting in public!. I have a big fear of vomiting in public!. I know it's an irrational fear, but I've had it for a long time!. I'm 20 years old and I find it hard to do a lot of things because of this!. I have many days of work due to this!. It's hard because I never know if I'm really sick or if it's just the anxiety again!. Does anyone else suffer from this!? Any advice!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you would like to chat or find out about this actual fear Emetophobia, please feel free to email me anytime!.!.I have learned that support from others that suffer from the same thing helps a great deal!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!.!.!.!.I suffered with something similar to that years ago!. It was all stress and anxiety related!. They could never find anything physically wrong with me!. Test after test, and nothing!. I was crippled with phobia so bad, I couldn't go out in public!. I thought my life was going to be like this forever! I thought I was dying!.

My doctor had me on an old combination tri-cyclic antidepressant that actually turned my life around it's called "Limbitrol" and they say that Effexor works similar to it!.

Trust me, you should get better over the years!. It somehow just fades away with time!.

"Time is of Essence"!.

I look back now, and I couldn't tell you the reason I had panic attacks and the whole nine yards!. I don't know why!. It slowly diminished year by year!.

Your young right now, things WILL get better!. Medications can help tremendously, just finding the right combination and dose is an art!. But you will survive this!.
