What is going on with me lately?!


Question: What is going on with me lately!?
About 4 days ago I took a nap and when I woke up I felt really angry and depressed!.!. How could that happen, I went to sleep perfectly happy and then woke up pissed off and have been since!. I'm usually in a great mood all of the time and now I'm like really mad and depressed!. Nothing feels good enough, nothing feels positive!. I'm 25 yet I feel like I have the "terrible two's", I feel like I "want my mommy" and I find myself pouting or on the verge of throwing a temper tantrum!. It's very very unlike me!. I try to do things that I normally like doing and I get no satisfaction out of it!. I even stopped watching and deleted my favorite tv shows from my dvr!.!.!.and I look forward to those all week! I haven't been sleeping through night without waking up for at least an entire hour every 2 hours!. It's really hard to understand and no, I don't have PMS :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Believe it or not your dreams have an effect on you after you wake up!. If you could try to recall your dream that day and sit down and make some sense of it you might find that your subconscious is trying to tell you something!. dreaming is a way that we communicate with ourselves!. During the day you can lie to yourself and say everything is OK!. But when you go to sleep you have to face the truth!. And if the truth is strong enough you will not be able to run from it!. because You won't let you!.

LOL! Until I read your last sentence I was thinking "PMS!." He he!. I would just find a friend to talk to and try to stay active!. If you feel like this for too much longer you might want to see your doctor because you might have mild depression!. Hope you feel better soon!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Think, is something, anything at all going on in your sub-consious!?

You may have clinical depression but usually there is an onset!.

I would suggest talking to your family doc first then a psyc if necessary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a freind or some1 that u really trust maybe time with the people u love will work!. then go treat yourself to something u LOVE!Www@Answer-Health@Com
