Question: Somthing is wrong with my head!?
ok well i have these small blackouts, were i dont really realize it until after they happen!. they are like fractions of a second, but they scare me!. ive been ReAlLy tired lately, but i try to go to bed really early and get like 10 hours of sleep, but they dont go away!. ive never drunk alcohol, done drugs, or smoked or anything like that!. im only 14!. i also have scary dreams!. and some times i just get so dizzy i cant focus!. its like im faiting but im awake!. some times the room just spins!. any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is possible that you are experiencing what is called "Temporal Lobe Seizures"!. These are not deadly and usually result in the symptoms you describe!. Also, you are in the predicted age bracket for these occurances!. Someone I know had the same type of symptoms you do and went to the neurologist and was diagnosed with this issue!. You definitely want to go see the doctor and they can prescribe medicine to help control the symptoms!. Sydney, you need to talk to your mom about these spells, and she will take you to a doctor!. Do it now, I'M NOT SAYING ANYTHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG, sorry to shout, just wanted to make that clear, but it's good to get any physical abnormalities checked out by a physician!. rooms spinning and feeling like fainting are mostly signs that u have low hemoglobin in ur blood!. However i'm not 100% sure!.
the thing is that i suffer from this so i can tell u!.

Get into the doctor asap!. This sounds like it is serious!. This stuff happens to my sister unfortunatly they couldn't find the reason, but they did check to see if she was having seizures because the symptoms fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should really go to the doctor and tell him precisely what you feel and what happens, he is i think the only one who can really help you!.

See a doctor it could be early stages of Epilepsy, a Friend of mine's son had the same thing happen and they didn't realize anything was wrong until he had a seizure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to see a Doctor!. It could be petite mall seizures!. It could be an aneurysm!. It could be a lot of scary things!. Waiting isn't going to make it any better!.

Your youth is in your favor to help alleviate any real fear for something being terribly wrong right now!. However, taking a closer look at your diet 'may' be helpful!.!.!.Are you eating nutritious stuff!?!? Enough fruits [for natural sugars] & veggies for balance in your vitamin makeup!? Taking a multi-vitamin can be very helpful too! Remember that your body id busier than you may realize right now, you are going through many changes due to puberty/maturity!. And those 'crazy hormones' are really on a roll!.!.!.this is the time you will begin to realize things that your body mind & soul are dealing with!.!.!.These changes should be welcomed as well as respected!. Simply fill in the gaps by recognizing when more rest is needed[as you have done], more nutrients [better foods]!. Try this!.!.!.Dreams by the way are 'usually' stimulated by our sub-conscience!.!.!.occurrences that remain in our thoughts are often stirring around long after we fall asleep, this is mormal!. To help with the dreams a lil bit you may try making sure you do not eat late!.!.!.try to be done eating & drinking at least three hours before bedtime[this allows digestion to settle some]!. Try relaxing things before going to sleep at night, like a warm bath/shower, reading a bit and having TV/radio off when you do lay your head down for the night! Hope this helps a little!
