Generally, i am satisfied with what I see when I look into a mirror!. Dont get me wrong, sometimes I can't even look into a mirror without great disgust!. I like my body!. I think it is very nice looking and I am comfortable with it!. I like myself very much so (not in a conceited way!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm heavier than I was 3 years ago, but I still love myself!.!.!. I look in the mirror with respect and dignity - however, that is not to say that I do not see room for improvement!. There are entire religions founded on the idea that we're only here to better ourselves for the next time around!.

I happen to like myself when I look in the mirror!. But some people do not!. For those who have a distorted body image, they should Google BDD (Body Dismorphic Disorder) and learn about this debilitating condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
