Annoying, isn't it!? Even more annoying is the fact that you have no control over it!. It's up to her to seek treatment, but it's no guarantee and you can't force her to get help!.
There is only one aspect of all this that you can control; Do you want to stay with her or not!?
That's the only choice you get in this matter!. Recognize that things may always be like this with her!. Can you live like that!? If so, then just try to avoid her when she has her depressive attacks!. Tell yourself that, much like the weather in Seattle, you just need to wait and her mindset will change again soon enough!.
If, however, it is causing too much stress on you, you might need to consider if it is worth being with her!. Your love can't change her disorder and leaving might be the only way to save yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

calmly sit down with her and tell her how she is making you feel!.you can even ask her why she questions the relationship,as you know most people with BPD have a hard time dealing with relationships!.If she is in T maybe you can see if you can go to a session with her and explain to her T what has been going on,maybe she can suggest some things, which might be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

understand that she is not well controlled, that what she is doing is a result of her illness and that she needs to be re-evaluated and possibly given a different medication, and if she is not taking any medication, then obviously she needs to be on some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
