Absolutely!.
Just do not take it immediately or a few hours before a game or performance!. Also, do test runs at home to see how you will be affected by the medicine!.
I did ice skating years ago and was prescribed Klonopin!. I took it when I became anxious as directed an hour before a competition and it was a disaster!! No reflexes or muscle memory at all!. But once I got the hang of it (when, where to take it at what dose) it became fine!. I later found Xanax to be the benzo with the fewest negative effects on coordination, at least for me!.

In my opinion xanax is to powerfully addicting!. I would rather do simple breathing techniques like simple breathing in air slowly and holding it a little while and breathing out!., this is how I relax and the longer you do it the more relaxed you feel!. You will find I know what I talking about if you try!. It's much better that Those pills!.

Yes, you can!. I take Xanax, and I am very active!. I just take the medication when I truly need it for my panic attacks, and it helps very much!. I t doesn't interfere with me being active at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
