You're not alone, there are so many people out there who has different variations of the same disorder!. With me I'm always worried about what's going to happen before it always happens!. I'm constantly worrying about what people are thinking of me and how I'm seen through their eyes!. It really has a negative affect on me!.I start shaking uncontrollably and my hearts races!. To try to control it I would suggest breathing slowly through your nose and out your mouth while telling yourself to calm down, and that everything's going to be o!.k, that really helps!.You'll eventually fell better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
