Question: How do you know if!.!.!.!?
what you see in the mirror is actually what you look like!? sometimes, i look in the mirror or at my body and see a fat body, othertimes its just normal!.!.!.!.even throughout the day!? i have a slight obsession with food, too!. so is this body dysmorphia or whatever!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

a new category of somatoform disorders!. It is defined as a preoccupation with an imagined or exaggerated defect in appearance!. Most cases involve features on the patient's face or head, but other body parts--especially those associated with sexual attractiveness, such as the breasts or genitals--may also be the focus of concern!.
Body dysmorphic disorder is regarded as a chronic condition that usually begins in the patient's late teens and fluctuates over the course of time!. It was initially considered to be a relatively unusual disorder, but may be more common than was formerly thought!. It appears to affect men and women with equal frequency!. Patients with body dysmorphic disorder frequently have histories of seeking or obtaining plastic surgery or other procedures to repair or treat the supposed defect!. Some may even meet the criteria for a delusional disorder of the somatic type!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Personally, I have two interpretations:
1) either the clothes you wear and change affects your body image when you look at the mirror!. Some clothes (esp!. loose ones) make us look thin, while others (esp!. tight ones) make us look fat!.
2) or the obsession you have concerning your weight or body image might have an impact on the way you see yourself in the mirror!.
***Advice: relax, and forget all about that!. Don't trust the mirror very much!.!.!.Try to ask your friends or relatives about how you look like and whether you've become fat or something!. Wish you the best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

those r signs of anorexia!. u shouldnt focus on the way u look that much and if u still worry about ur food just take ur measurements and ur exact wieght so u no that u r seeing something fake!. also i would talk to an adult and ask them wat they thinkWww@Answer-Health@Com
