Being a fellow anxiety person here are some tips:

1!. Get at least 20 minutes of cardio exercise a day!.
2!. Avoid very sugary foods and try to keep a consistant blood sugar!.
3!. Avoid stressful situations!.

What is happening is: You have extra adrenaline in your system!. The exercise will help use it up!. Not eating the sugary foods and having low stress will lessen the amount produced!.
If it still continues please see a doctor because it may be a sign of a medical condition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anxiety is horrible I have had the disorder for 2 years and slowly recovering there are some things you should look into like your family Anxiety is herediatry aswell which makes things harder also stress,fear/phobias,and anything else that may be troubling you along those lines try some massage therapy,Tai Chi if you want to go drug free if you dont act on it know it only gets worse from here on I know the attacks may only last a few seconds but try deep breathing as it tricks the mind into thinking that you are relaxed!.There are some good books written by Bev Aisbett about anxiety try and get your hands on them I t got to a point in my life I couldnt function and the agraphobia took run of me and they controlled me like I was a puppet on a string!.Best Wishes!.Keep in mind it is only temporaryWww@Answer-Health@Com
