People with depersonalization disorder?!

Has anyone overcome this disorder!? If so, how!? I've been suffering with it for about 6 months straight now and it just seems to be getting worse!. I was in therapy for and seeing a psychiatrist for 2 years but they never listened to anything I said or tried to help me!. I would go somewhere else, but I have no money and they were the only place that my insurance will cover!. My regular doctor said he will put me on meds, but I wanted to do some research and ask around for what works best and/or alternative methods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
