Hospital Discharge?!

Question: Hospital Discharge!?

I am been attendin a day hospital for my mental health ( depression ) and I have been given a date I will be getting discharged , Should I get help from pyschatrists and them in the community once i am discharged !? anyone help !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The staff at the facility should be able to advise about who you should follow-up with!. Yes, you should definately seek follow-up care upon discharge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The social worker at the day treatment will hook you up with someone in the community to follow up with!. This is standard procedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They will tell you who to f/u with when you are discharged!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
