How can i control myself?!

I get really cheesed off over the littleist things, what can i do o help to react in a sutible way!.

Ive been trying to get help for the same thing since I was 14!.!.!.doctors are useless!.!.!.quick to diagnose and give you drugs without actually finding out the root cause!.

They diagnosed me with post natal depression at 14!.!.!.bit hard when i don't have any children!

I'm 28 now and still can't get help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
