OOh I had the walking thing!.!.!. Its hell isn't it!?
my legs used to tense up!. All I can say is don't worry you will get over that, and your confidence definatly improves from the age you are until you are in your twenties! !.!.!.!.Although you may always be kinda shy, but people are attracted to that!.!. :)
If you would feel better with contacts then get them, just remember everyone else is too caught up in their own business to pay much attention to you - even if they look confident!.
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're feeling self-conscious!. If you were really walking funny someone would have already told you!. But if you want to improve your posture and be absolutely certain that you are walking "properly" you can practice at home!. Balance a book on your head and walk back and forth!. Nothing beats terrific posture for boosting your self confidence!.

BTW, yes, getting contacts will help!. I've worn both glasses and contacts, and everything is just easier with contacts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I was 13 the same thing happened to me!. Sadly, I am still very shy, and it hasn't not improved, I am 16!. It probably has nothing to do with short sightedness, you are just trying to think of reasons why you have become more shy!. I cannot give a legitimate why this is happening, but, if you can, try to attack the problem at an early stage, by being more ambitious and outgoing!. And most importantly, NO REGRETS!Www@Answer-Health@Com
