Since experiencing a TRAUMA in my Life, I find that I am more FEARFUL & WORRIED !

Question: Since experiencing a TRAUMA in my Life, I find that I am more FEARFUL & WORRIED now!. Why is that!?
my young daughters were in a house fire on 12/26/06; and ever since then, I find my emotions have changed!. I worry about the littlest of things (car accidents, etc!.)!. Can this be because of the trauma me and family went through!?
They were both near-death at one point and the grandfather did die of his injuries!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Traumatic situations tend to change how we view things!. Beforehand we feel as though they can't happen to us and when they do it makes us aware of our mortality!. I think what you are feeling is normal as long as you aren't obsessing over it and letting it completly consume your life!. If so then you may want to seek counseling!.
