It sounds like you have some serious anxiety and maybe depression!. I would go to your GP, tell them how you're feeling, and maybe they can recommend a therapist you can see, or just give you someone to talk to!.
I have the same sort of problem (a long with a host of others!.!.!.)!. The first step is realizing that your perception is not always the same as reality!. It's hard to believe our senses can lie to us, that we can see someone out to get us or disappointed in us or misery in our lives where, objectively, none exists!. It doesn't make you weak or stupid or insane!. No one truly sees "reality!." But for some, like me, and perhaps like you, the discrepancies in what we see vs!. reality can cripple us if we don't remember what's really going on!.

Well is he ashamed of you, do you misbehave, like talk too loudly, get defensive, cry for no reason just make a scene, then yes he is ashamed of you!.
Maybe it is him he is worried how you will act in public, ask him get it out in the open dont dwell it will kill your relationship!. Maybe he cant afford to go out or is too tired if you discuss it then you will know**Www@Answer-Health@Com

There must be a reason for you to feel that way!. You need to be upfront and honest about your feelings!. Just ask your partner, "why don't you want to go out!? When you say that with no explanation, it makes me think you're ashamed of me!." If you can't be honest with your partner, then maybe you should move on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It may not be that he's ashamed to be seen with you!. Have you asked him if he's ashamed of you!? Maybe he's ashamed of himself!.
