Question: Im small and weak , how can i make myself more muscally!.!?
im a small pale teenager with anger management problems!.i try to be popular and i am liked sometimes!. i am mentally agile and can "talk the talk" but the people around me are more physically imposing , how can i make myself stronger and bulkier to back up words of strength , i have a high metabolism so i use up lots of energy very fast - hence the skinny lankiness!. also because of my anger issues i have a tendency to charge headlong into oppenents i would normally never even attempt to fight but i just see red sometimes!. i have tried to talk things over peacefully believe me but the people who i am forced into contact with via school press into me , i cant ignore them i ts in my nature - i cant change that!. im 13 and really need help on this!. all comments are greatly appreciated in advance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok, son, there's lots here to work on!. I have some questions for you!. I would wonder what the ages are of the kids you are hanging with!. If they are older than you, then shame on you!.
You have no business with them!. Boys are like young bulls, they snort easily and are ready to flex their muscles at the first sign of a challenge!.!.!.!.you best pick a fight with someone you have an equal chance of beating!. By the way, no one "FORCES" you into contact with anyone!. Why in the hell are you giving power to other people anyway!? People can't MAKE you do anything!. You CHOOSE to do it, so take responsibility for your choices!. If you don't like who you are, then for cryin out loud, WORK to change you!.

At 13, you have nothing!. Most 13 year old boys look little different than they did when they were 8 except a little more hair!. What can I say!. It's the truth!. Your muscles won't begin to enlarge and you won't "fill out" nor grow taller until your testosterone kicks in!. That won't happen until 15 at the earliest and maybe as late as 17!.

There's no need for you to "talk the talk"!. Who in the hell are you trying to impress anyway!?

You have an anger management problem!.!.!.!.!.!.why!? It won't go away by itself!. Why are you not working on what makes you angry, why you allow it to control your behavior like that, and what you can do to resolve the issue!.

You are small, and skinny because, like I said, you are supposed to be!. You can gain weight by eating more carbs!. If it is white it is a carb!. All breads are carbs!. Your body takes carbs and turns them into sugar in your body and every cell of your body burns that sugar for energy!. If you don't eat enough carbs for your energy level, then your body will pull what fat it can, turn it back into sugar in order to burn it!.!.!.!.!.thus the "skinny"!. You need to eat enough to add some weight to you!. Check labels and learn to count calories!.!.!.!.!.you need to eat no less than 2000-2500 calories per day!. You figure it out!.

If you are pale, you need to get outside more!.!.!.!.not in direct sunlight without SPF 45 sunscreen!. You need to eat healthier, more veggies, lean chicken, lean pork, and seafood of all kinds!. More pastas, potatoes, breads!. Limit actual sugar/sweet stuff!. Virtually eliminate fats/oils from your diet!. They will help to make you get pimples in a few years, and will add fat to your body when you don't want it to!.

Your muscles will need the proteins in the meat, so eat up!.

Your bones will need the calcium because they will be taking a spurt soon and you'll need all the calcium you can get to make them strong!. You also need the Vit!. D that comes in the milk as well to keep the pale away!.

Become self assured and confident in yourself and you won't need your "mouth"!. You'll just have to walk past for people to respect you, because you respect yourself first!. If you don't respect yourself first, no one else will!.!.!.!.believe me!.

Really, you should go into martial arts!. Those guys are lean machines and highly respected!. It's a great way to vent your anger in a positive way!. Have you ever seen the muscles on a "little, lanky" black belt!?!?!? It also helps develop self confidence which is the biggest thing that you need!. A skinny, lanky, pale guy with high metabolism is practically a shoe in to be successful in martial arts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok when ever you are mad just take a min and go work it out!. like with a work out!.!.
go out to the beach for a day or two with sun tan lotion on!.
you should not try to be any thing your not!. people will like you for who you are!.!.
eat lots of dairy products to helpp get more meat on your bones!.!.
i am 14 and i have miner anger problems!.!. so i can kinda get what you are going through!.!.
just work out when you get mad!.!. =]

No offence or disrespect intended at all but I think You could benifit more from a professional couseler and some anger management far more than bulking up and finding ways to inflict harm!. I know that bullies young or older can do a lot to make a young person angry for life,but try to be better and smarter than these people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make yourself an excersice routine starting easy and building up!. If you can get hold of some weights that would help but dont get ones that are very heavy because you are only 13 and it could damage your growth!. Taking up a sport like swimming or cycling would also be benificial!. With good self dicispline it shouldnt be too hard!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to eat six times a day and try doing midnight meal!.!. after you eat go to bed just smudge yourself and hug the pillow while listening to the music!. it will make your metabolism slow because your not standing or sitting and it will make you gain weight after that head to the gym that should work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

do my brothers thing any ways do 50 crunches a before after aschool and at night!. every day!. run for an hour tuesdays and thursdays and mon wendesday and friday lift weights!. and do 50 extra crunchesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Like some have said, you are JUST 13!. You have to give your body time to grow!.

Make sure you eat correctly!. That means PLENTY of veggies!.!. meats!.!. pasta!. Just EAT EAT EAT!. If you really want to build muscle, you MUST EAT, a lot!.

Just do routine work outs!. 3 sets of 10 benching, and curling will improve your arm muscles, and do push ups for upper body!. Also do some squats for legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are trying to build muscle, you need to focus on strength training like weight lifting and doing push-ups!. Personally, I don't want to be seen working out by others, so I prefer to buy my own weights and work out at home!. Walmart had a really good weight set, believe it or not!. Keep in mind, cardiovascular exercises (walking, running, some aerobics) are good for your heart and overall heart, but it slims you down, so make sure that you do more strength training than cardio!. As a matter of fact, you may want to only do cardio for about 15-20 minutes of your workout!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know, the answer to life's challenges and difficulties is not to be able to fight better or push people around to back up big talk with action

at your age, guys mess around but just being strong may not get you anywhere and a I think you are better off working on your self-control

after saying all that, actually working out and building strength might help you with self-control and confidence and lessen your feeling that you need to fight or push someone around

get yourself an issue of Muscle & Fitness magazine and look at the articles themselves!. Don't get too hung up on the photos of 320 lb muscle freaks, you won't look like that!. But you can get a sense for the two things they preach: eat right & work out right for strength and size!. There is a lot of info to try to digest and it takes a while to make a difference, but getting str\arted with a work out and eating plan will make you feel that you are taking control of your life!.
