Following a mild head injury, I had difficulty with memory, concentration and speech!.
At times when I was not capable of active participation with people I would retreat to my computer!. I found a "game" called Super Bounce Out (by Gamehouse) which I have used as a therapeutic exercise!. I found that in using the game, the gradual improvement in my ability to concentrate was beneficial both immediately and long term!.
Within the computer game there is a need to identify and arrange colored balls into a sequence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here are tips for good concentration
Have a good nights sleep 6 to eight hours!.
Do yoga and pranayama early in the morning, one to two hours before sunset!.!.
Remove any source of stress from your life!. Try shava asana and yoga nidra for relaxation!.
Follow a simple yogic diet!.!.

She's right,Yoga!.Go to bed early and rise from bed early,about 7 hrs of sleep would be sufficient!.Anything more is harmful!.Mind excercises,well it is always good and advantageous to have a positive frame of mind,that'I can do it'!.!.'i will learn so and so today'!.!.!.and that will show a change!.As for Yoga,just spend some quite time with urself silently for 5 mnts daily!.Try putting away all the thoughts which might seem not posbl at first!.!.!.It really helps!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
