Well, nothing is 100% true for anyone, but you could!.
I have a repetitive stress injury, and my physical therapist has had a woman who plays WoW for about that long every day come in for the past 2 years!. Her condition keeps getting worse because she won't stop, and she may have permanently reduced use of her hands!.
Then again, millions of people do it for ages with no problems at all!.
