Question: When your stress levels are inches from the roof!?
I feel honestly like I'm gonna have to hit the wall or something!
I have been on stress management courses, and learned all about how I should be dealing with this but grrrrr! what if it's not me but the people stressing me out that have the problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are feeling stressed then you have a problem!. The cause of the stress may be other people, but you are the one who is suffering!.

If you know which people it is that are causing your problems, then you are a long way towards eliminating them from your vicinity!.

Imagine people like midgies (little biting mosquitoes)!. Near a river they bite you and annoy you, and cause you stress!. They do not do any visible damage usually, but can cause a rash when they bite!.

What you do to avoid the biting is wear a mosquito net around your bare skin when you go near to places where midgies exist!. You wear a repellent, to make you unattractive to mosquitoes!. Or you just avoid places where midgies are active, and when they are active!. (they do not always bite)

When you eliminate pests in this way, you will find it easier to relax!.

You could trying killing all the midgies in the world, but that is a rather extreme and excessive reaction!. Your best defence is to repel, block, and avoid midgies!. Killing them with smoking coils or electrocuting them is an option if they invade your home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can try the following!.You can be sure it will reduce your stress levels and even cure it!.

My advice is that you start the omega 3 diet!.I have researched omega 3 acids for 2 years and performed a very successful experiment on myself and few of my volunteer friends!.Few months of the omega 3 diet i cured my stress[and/or depression] problems permanently and significantly raised my intelligence,improved memory,sight,reflexes[and many other known and unknown benefits] and without any drugs or supplements in the form of pills!.


Take two table spoons of grinded flaxseed[rich with omega 3]a day[with a glass of water] and in a few months you will start to notice significant improvement in your mental health[you will become more psychologically stable,among other things]!.Use a coffee grinder!.Whole seeds cannot be digested by the hydrochloric acid in our stomach only grinded seeds!.A fact and not a assumption!.You have nothing to loose only gain by it!.There are many articles on the internet about the omega 3!.

Send the others for some courses!!! Or stand away and look at their behaviour from some other perspective!. Find a funny angle!. Find something interesting in their behaviour rather than reacting to it!. Change your perspective!. Maybe you can try looking at situations from their perspective!!! Do anything but don't react - stand away!. It takes time but believe me it's fun and peace once you make it a habit not to react mentally!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If u find ways and means to ignore them, it's they who would hit roof!. Instead taking tension, u should learn the art of passing it to the giver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi take a glass of cold water,and move out to fresh air,and go out and change your thinking looking on something else!.and have a walk in 10 minuets,your stress level go down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen to some heavy music and do some really vigorous exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find something to use up your stress!. Like swimming, or running or even Yoga!.

Other people have their problems too you know!.
