I don't know which one I'm being put on yet, but I for sure do NOT want to gain weight!. At all!.
Does age matter!?!. I'm 14!. 95lbs!. Does that mean I'm more likely to gain weight or less likely!?!.

Weight gain, no matter what food or pills will put weight on you FAST, it's gradual!. I'm not saying this thinking you have some sort of disorder, just to clarify weight gain with pills!. If there's a chance it'll make you gain weight; it'll be a steady weight gain which you will notice and can stop taking the medication!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

"Carbs are essential to losing weight because carbs allow the brain to make serotonin, and serotonin plays a key role in controlling your appetite and your cravings, particularly if you are on antidepressants such as lexapro, prozac, zoloft, celexa, and other mood stabilizing medications!. By eating low fat carbs like pretzels an hour before dinner (and it is optional to eat them before lunch as well), you can take the edge off your appetite and give you a mental boost!. This is particularly important for people on antidepressants but also for emotional overeaters!. Protein interferes with serotonin production so eat protein earlier in the day at breakfast and lunch which will also make you feel more alert in the daytime!. You can continue taking your medications and still lose weight and keep it off!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
