How do you Overcome Laziness and Depression??!


Question: How do you Overcome Laziness and Depression!?!?
I'm 25 I have a good job, a girlfriend,a good mother and friends!.!.but life still sux, feels like nothing brings Joy to me anymore, i just like to go to work and come home,eat,sleep, and stay on the freakin computer as if i had roots growin outt my a$$ attached to the chair!.!.lol!.!.all my ambition is goin down the drain , I'm lazier, n gettin a gut!.!.i need some suggestions mi gente!.!.this sux!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

seems to be going around, couldn't really tell you the answer!. Lots of stress these days economic worries, gas and recession, leading most importantly i'd say to a sense of hopelessness, no real plans or good outlook to the future!. The little engine that could i guess, gotta keep on truckin, keep on keepin on!. Compliment yourself, know that you can be happy and you deserve it no matter what!. Regardless of who you are where you've been this is your one chance to ride the merry go round, never stop trying never give up!.

Sounds like you have a decent deal going friends family a job!. At one point it comes down to appreciating what we have, try to mix up your routine!. Work towards something that will make you happy or you've always wanted to do even if you must practice or save money for 6 months!. I'm sure you've wasted (or feel that you';ve wasted) the last however many years so what's another 6 months!. Weathers getting nicer so try to get out with your lady at least if not old friends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds as though you could be depressed!. See a doctor!. You will feel much better if you can just force yourself away from the computer and out for just a short walk at first!. Exercise, fresh air and sunlight make one feel so much better!. Just start out with thinking about it as an enjoyable walk that WILL make you feel better and go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

get off yahoo answers and go to the gym,or write a list of things you need to do and do them them go and see some friends or just go out to eat rather than staying indoors do something outside of the house that you like!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try finding a new hobby or start a project or read a good book!. Doing something that will keep you busy will help!. Once you are finished you will feel like you acomplished something!. Then find something new!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pour yourself a large cup of coffee, then go for a long nature walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
